I do want to say one thing to remember as you read the following posts. Getting a job is all about being able to show how motivated you are. Many job seekers forget that finding a job is a full time job itself. Employers are looking for people that take the time to write and update their resume fully, and look for individuals motivated enough to write a two page cover letter. Never, and I repeat NEVER, show that you are not fully motivated. That includes saying you need to check your schedule to see if you are free, and trying to schedule the meeting more than a few days in the future. Motivated candidates want to meet NOW, not later. Make sure you appear to also be one of these talented people! Act hungry and show the employer you are ready to work now and hard, and you will get the job.
